Killi Bwoy, also known as Ransford Kwame Asare, is a multi-talented musician whose music genres range from rap, and hip-hop, to afro-pop. He is known for his unique approach to music production, which he describes as combining scientific, mathematical, spiritual, and physical techniques. This approach has helped him to create magic through his music which has captivated his fans.
In his early years, Killi Bwoy attended Senior High School, where he developed a passion for performing at entertainment shows. He drew inspiration from his favorite artists such as J.Cole, Lil Wayne, E.L, Nas, and Kendrick Lamar, which motivated him to venture into creating his own music. In 2015, he performed his first song, and his interest in rap music grew stronger.
Killi Bwoy’s educational background includes attending Bethel Childhood School, Faith Mission School, and Datus Complex School. He completed his basic education at Datus Complex School and later pursued his Senior High education at Seven Great Princes Academy, where he studied Business. In 2014, he gained admission to study Banking and Finance at the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), where he completed his course in 2018.
When it comes to his creative process, Killi Bwoy is discreet. However, he emphasizes the importance of being in the right mood, which plays a vital role in his songwriting process. As he records more songs, his style and techniques continue to evolve and improve, resulting in each new release being better than the last.
With over 15 singles on all digital stores and his first mixtape album, Love Yourz, exclusively on Audiomack in 2017, featuring 12 songs, Killi Bwoy has made a name for himself in the music industry. In 2019, he followed up with his first EP, Welcome To Greatness, which features 6 songs.
