The nation’s citizens and visitors have been deluged with many glitzy advertising messages heralding the coming of the eagerly anticipated and renowned Kwahu Easter since the beginning of this month.
Socialites, vacationers, visitors, and Kwahu locals travel to the Kwahu Hills to celebrate the three-day magnificent festivities unmatched at this time of year in Ghana’s festive calendar thanks to this yearly event, which has grown into a class act and a distinctive gathering.
The Kwahu Easter Paragliding Festival and Arts displays have been the centerpiece of the three-day event since 2005, thanks to the Ghana Tourist Authority (GTA) and Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts (MoTCCA) making use of the holiday to promote tourism and the arts.
This year 2023, Essilfie Banton’s “Trash for Art”, has unveiled a mouth-watering exhibition program to boost the event’s attraction to holidaymakers.
In addition to his exhibition program starting from Easter Friday, 7th April 2023 to Monday 10th, the “Trash for Art” Exhibition program by Essilfie Banton, the celebrated Artist will be featuring other New Artists also to showcase their Art which will take place at Kwahu Mpraeso Akonta Gardens opposite Mpraeso Senior High school.
The exhibition program will also engage in delightful side attractions throughout the festive period to give its exhibitors and art lovers a smooth and enjoyable program.
