It has been reported earlier that Tottenham has sacked Jose Mourinho with the club on course to miss out on Champions League football this season.
But there’s also a statement that suggests Mourinho was sacked due to opposing the European Super League.
Mourinho, 58, replaced Mauricio Pochettino in November 2019 but has now been dismissed after a dismal domestic campaign and failure in the Europa League.
According to the reasons due to his sacking, everything indicates clearly that it was because Tottenham chose to join the Superleague which comes with a deal that all the clubs will be banned from playing in their respective domestic leagues which does not go his way or his plans.
